Biological Activity
QNZ 46 is a GluN2C/GluN2D-selective NMDA receptor non-competitive antagonist (IC50 values are 3, 6, 229, and >300, >300 μM for GluN2D, GluN2C, GluN2A, GluN2B, and GluR1, respectively).
