Detects the p40 subunit of porcine IL-12/IL-23 in ELISAs and Western blots. In ELISAs, this antibody shows 25-35% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL‑12 and IL-23 and no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-12 or IL-23.
