Scientific Data
Detection of Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3 in NIH‑3T3 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1008, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0107). Background: Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3
Lymphotoxin beta R is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and is now designated TNFRSF3. Lymphotoxin beta R transduces signals following binding of LIGHT or the heterotrimeric Lymphotoxins LT alpha 1/ beta 2 or LT alpha 2/ beta 1. It plays a critical role in controlling cellular immune functions and lymphoid organogenesis.
