Detection of CD3 epsilon in Human Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry with anti-Mouse Secondary Antibody. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD3e FAB2 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100R-FAB2) or (B) Mouse IgG1 isotype control antibody (MAB002), followed by APC-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0101B) and Mouse anti-Human CD4 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB3791P). Staining was performed using our staining membrane proteins protocol.
