Scientific Data
Detection of Human CD25/IL-2R alpha by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HDLM-2 human Hodgkin's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human CD25/IL-2R alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10201) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for CD25/IL-2R alpha at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
