CD20 in Daudi Human Cell Line. CD20 was detected in unfixed live Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line using Human Anti-Human CD20 (Research Grade Rituximab Biosimilar) Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB9575B) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane.
