Scientific Data
Detection of CCR4 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Rat CCR4 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1567F) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3e APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC0041F). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

Background: CCR4
CCR4 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain chemokine receptor that binds the chemokines CCL17/TARC and CCL22/MDC. Current evidence suggests that CCR4 expression is associated with Th-2 type T cells and with platelets. CCR4 expression has also been reported in mature dendritic cells.
