Detection of IFN‑ gamma R2 in THP‑1 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Human IFN-gamma R2 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF773, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # BAF108, open histogram), followed by Streptavidin-Allophycocyanin (Catalog # F0050).

Background: IFN-gamma R2

Interferon gamma Receptor 2 (IFN-gamma R2) is a type II transmembrane protein that associates with IFN-gamma R1 to form a high affinity receptor complex for IFN-gamma. IFN‑ gamma  R2 is required for signal transduction but does not bind IFN-gamma by itself.
