Full-Range Molecular Weight Marker, Biotinylated (Catalog # MW001)This preparation contains a mixture of seven individually biotinylated proteins (rat Phosphorylase-b, bovine Catalase, recombinant human Annexin V, recombinant human IL-6, recombinant human TNF-alpha, bovine Cytochrome c, and recombinant human EGF) and one blue dye-conjugated protein (recombinant human Annexin V). The molecular weights of the biotinylated proteins were determined by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization-Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). The molecular weight of the blue protein was derived from a calibration curve using the biotinylated markers. This product is designed for use as molecular weight markers in Western blots probed with enzyme-conjugated avidin or streptavidin. |
