Scientific Data
Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Annexin V by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human lung tissue, mouse lung tissue, and rat lung tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Annexin V Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF399) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF017). A specific band was detected for Annexin V at approximately 32 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of Human, Mouse, Rat Annexin V by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Human lung, mouse lung, rat lung, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Annexin V at approximately 38 kDa (as indicated) using 12.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Annexin V Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF399). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
