Endorepellin/Perlecan in Human Skin. Endorepellin/Perlecan was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human skin using 5 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human Endorepellin/ Perlecan Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2364) overnight at 4 °C. Background: Endorepellin/Perlecan
Endorepellin is the C-terminal domain of the heparan sulfate proteoglycan perlecan, which is a modular protein found in basement membranes. Endorepellin has been found to be an inhibitor of angiogenesis that blocks endothelial cell adhesion to fibronectin and type I collagen.
