Sample type being tested: Human Plasma
The standard curve came out well.
However, our plasma samples were diluted 1/10 suggested by the kit. Our OD values were out of range.
If you have enough plates, I would suggest to perform a standardization run, to determine optimal dilution for your samples first.
Very sensitive assay that needs vigorous vortexing, but overall does produce good results.
