Glo Substrate Reagent Pack Summary

INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Glo Substrate Reagent Pack contains 5 vials of Glo Reagent A (stabilized enhanced luminol, Part # 895868, 4 mL/vial) and 5 vials of Glo Reagent B (stabilized hydrogen peroxide, Part # 895869, 8 mL/vial) for use in chemiluminescent immunoassay development.

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 30 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C. Use within 15 minutes to 4 hours of mixing.

PROCEDURE

This reagent may be substituted for H2O2/tetramethylbenzidine as a substrate for horseradish peroxidase in ELISAs. Use black microplates for chemiluminescent assays (Catalog # DY991). Mix 1 part Glo Reagent A to 2 parts Glo Reagent B in a plastic container, cap, and protect from light. Add 100 µL of the mixture to each well and incubate at room temperature while protecting from light. Read the microplate on a luminometer within 5-20 minutes.
