Biological Activity

BSJ-03-123 is a selective Cdk6 Degrader (PROTAC®) (DC50 in sub 10 μM range). Displays no degradation of closely related Cdk4.

Negative control BSJ-Bump (Cat. No. 6922) and Cdk6 antibody validated for Western Blot also available: Catalog # NBP1-87262.
