Biological Activity
BMH 21 is a p53 pathway activator; induces expression of p53 target genes. Also RNA polymerase 1 inhibitor; promotes degradation of RPA194. Reduces viability of multiple tumor cell lines and attenuates tumor growth of A375 melanoma cell xenografts in mice.Technical Data
