In this webinar, Bio-Techne scientists, Richard Fuerstenberg and Joy Aho, discuss a novel method for monitoring stem cell pluripotency, expansion, and differentiation in vitro. This technology utilizes non-invasive sampling of cell culture supernatants to identify and follow changes in key secreted growth factors and cytokines. Using Proteome Profiler™ Antibody Arrays and Luminex® Assays, researchers can quickly monitor changes in cell phenotype without sacrificing yield. These techniques can be used to minimize cross-experiment variability during differentiation as well as to identify key analytes that could be used to predict or direct cell expansion or differentiation.
