DuoSet IC (Intracellular) Active Transcription Factor Assays use a capture antibody, a biotinylated DNA oligonucleotide, and streptavidin HRP to demonstrate relative transcription factor activity. These Active Transcription Factor Kits offer a reliable alternative to electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA). Several DuoSet IC transcription factor assays can also be easily converted to measure total (active and inactive) transcription factor (see product data sheets for details).
