Biological Activity
NHI 2 is an LDHA inhibitor; reduces lactate production in HeLa cells. Inhibits cell growth of LPC006 and PANC-1 cells in vitro. Enhances the antiproliferative effects of Gemcitabine (Cat. No. 3259) on LPC006 and PANC-1 cells. Also inhibits ferroptosis.Technical Data
