Biological Activity
Lonidamine is an anticancer and antispermatogenic agent in vitro and in vivo. Inhibits cellular energy metabolism in some cells via inhibition of mitochondrial hexokinase. Also blocks CFTR Cl- channels in vitro.Technical Data
