Background: Endorepellin/Perlecan
Endorepellin is the C-terminal domain of the heparan sulfate proteoglycan perlecan, which is a modular protein found in basement membranes. Endorepellin is an inhibitor of angiogenesis that blocks endothelial cell adhesion to fibronectin and type I collagen.
