Analysis of DNA Fragmentation in Cycloheximide- or Dexamethasone-treated Murine Thymocytes. Murine thymocytes were treated with 10 µg/mL cycloheximide (A) or 1 µM dexamethasone (B) for 16 hours after which the cells were harvested, labeled according to the FlowTACS protocol (Catalog # 4817-60-K), and analyzed by flow cytometry. The R1 populations are apoptotic. Data were provided courtesy of N. Hardegen, NIH, NIDR, Bethesda, MD.
