Biological Activity
Budesonide is a synthetic anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid that displays chemopreventive activity. Prevents formation of lung adenomas and adenocarcinomas in mice following inhalation or oral administration. Reverses DNA hypomethylation and modulates expression of cancer related genes.Technical Data
