Biological Activity
Alprostadil is a prostaglandin with some selectivity for EP3 and EP4 receptors (Ki values are 1.1, 2.1, 36, 10 and 33 nM for mouse EP3, EP4, EP1, EP2 and IP receptors respectively). Inhibits platelet aggregation and is a vasodilator in vivo.Technical Data
